This workout is an example of what our 18 & under athletes do for a “late-in-the-season” active rest practice.

Workout Tuesday July 9, 2013 – AM

3x:
1×200 Free (230) – 50R 50L
2×50 Kick (55) – mixed
1×100 Free IM (130) – double pullouts
2×50 Pull (45) – Negative Split

12×25 (40) – Free, Kick, Drill, Swim

3×100 Paddles/FINS (130) – Alternate R/L – L/R — Full
3×50 Paddles/FINS (50) — descend

1×300 – {25 Free + 50 Stroke Drill}

Mid-Distance/Stroke
3x: 75 Stroke* (1) + 125 easy (2)
3x: 50 Stroke** (45) + 125 easy (210)
3x: 25 Stroke*** (30) + 125 easy (220)

75 easy

FINS 8×75 (130) middle 25 fast

200 easy

WORKOUT TOTAL: 5000
