First workout of the new season for the Junior 1 group in Uster. We started out with a team meeting and a dryland warm-up before jumping in the pool.

First workout of the new season for the Junior 1 group in Uster. We started out with a team meeting and a dryland warm-up before jumping in the pool.
Wednesday aerobic recovery focused evening workout for the Elite group. Some athletes had already done an early morning practice including a Pilates session today.
Monday evening workout from the Masters group in Uster. Mostly aerobic focused first part alternating and adding some speed work through the second part of the session.
Friday session from the Masters group in Uster. While we were building to some faster tempos in the middle part of the workout, the intensity remained mostly aerobic this evening.
Aerobic and speed focused Monday evening session for the Masters group in Uster. We also included a couple kick-pull and breath control sets through the first part of the workout.
Aerobic focused Monday evening session for the Masters group in Uster to start their week of swimming. We included a bit of speed work with a couple short sprints and some fast 25’s.
Aerobic focused Friday evening session for the Masters group in Uster. We were alternating kicking, pulling, and swimming throughout the workout and also included a couple short sprints.
Monday evening of week three for the Masters group in Uster. With this group, I’m trying to provide a good mix of all things and possibly include a few “new tricks” for the athletes.
Aerobic workout for the Masters group in Uster mixing sets of 50’s with some longer distance kicking or pulling options. Also included was our “Pick & Choose” part, allowing everybody to adapt this Friday evening to their liking.
On to week two for the Masters group in Uster with an aerobic evening session including a few short sprints as well as a couple tempo changes.
