Starting this new week in the pool on Tuesday with a relaxed aerobic post-lunch swim. No fins through first half leading into a short butterfly block before finishing with some aerobic cruise alternating freestyle and backstroke.

50 easy w/fins as 25 UW fly kick, 25 double arm back
