Short post-meet recovery session to “swim down” following Norwegian Short Course Nationals in Stavanger. The athletes who competed in the championship were off for the two next days.
Both the BSE (Elite) and BSB (Junior) groups had an easy workout this afternoon as this was my first official on deck coaching with the team.

500 as 100 free DPS, 50 scull (25 head, 25 feet first), 100 back
10×50 choice kick @1′
[ BC: 30″ (30″) – 45″ (45″) – 1′ ]
10×100 w/fins (paddles optional) as 25 UW fly kick (glide), 75 free or back @1’45
300 as 25 scull, 50 free breathe 5
[Only BSB Group: 6×50 as 1x back kick @55″, 1x free DPS @50″]
4×25 free relaxation drills R10″ (3-5 bobs)
WORKOUT TOTAL: 2400 (2700)
