This workout is designed specifically to focus on underwater kicking, details and the fundamentals of fast finishes and walls.

Saturday morning race pace session to close out the week as the group is getting ready to compete at Swiss Short Course Nationals. Relatively short warm-up on purpose going into the first set and finishing up with an overspeed fifty.

A straightforward distance set. A good warm-up of 2500 meters provides the base for a solid main set . . .

Nov 13, 2017 – Podium Swimming – IM and Kick Focus
A good IM set, with some good work on the legs as well. Most send-offs should provide :15-:20 rest. We want to keep the efforts strong and intense.
Jan 13, 2017 – Swiss Army Team
Two Friday workouts from the breaststroker of the Army group. The athlete got to "sleep in" and do a shorter recovery focused morning session with the goal to be fresh for the race pace work in the afternoon . . .

Nov 20, 2017 – Hamilton Aquatics – HR/Vo2
A typical Monday afternoon workout with our Elite Squad (aged 15-18). The warm-up is a general loosen, activating different parts of the body, before going into some variable speed work – all swimmers have skills targets throughout.
Nov 3, 2017 – SC Kreuzlingen
A somewhat recovery focused Friday of training with a shorter session in the morning integrating aerobic and sprint elements. The “regular group” started the day with some “bonus” medley work.
