PSA – Holiday Week 2 – Day 4
This is the Thursday morning session with longer aerobic swim and kick sets. The session was preceded by a skills and technique session on Wednesday afternoon (session #4).

Back to school and back to our regular training program after a two week Holiday program. This is a general Monday morning session with a Free/IM warm-up and switching to a main stroke (speciality) and finishing off with some easy 400's . . .

Oct 15, 2016 – Special Team Nuoto (C.N.Posillipo)
This is the last workout of this week (general period 2º mesocycle) and it is an aerobic training (200 mt A2) with focus on anaerobic alactacid (1×25 max) immediately after the aerobic and a good work on the 5th stroke (underwater kick fly, turns).
Oct 9, 2016 – Plantation Swim Team
Another Sunday morning make-up practice due to hurricane Matthew bringing some bad weather to Florida earlier in the week.
PSA – 800 Freestyle Training
Over the next few weeks all of our competitive age group squads will be working on the 800 free. At the end of this cycle most, if not all the swimmers in this group, will compete in either the 800 or 400 free event at a distance competition . . .
