This is the second month of training and second week of a general period with 6 trainings for the week. The focus is on technique, 5th stroke and aerobic breathing every 3 strokes.

Sep 20, 2016 – Podium Swimming – Senior Team – Speed and Endurance
A harder workout from the Age Group club I work with. Longer warm up sets, and the main sets are broken out for the distance team, and the sprinters.
