Two aerobic focused workouts without pushing the yardage. In the morning we did have two different groups with one working more on mid-distance for our freestylers and IMers and another for our "speedsters" with more of a kick focus . . .

Sep 20, 2016 – Podium Swimming – Senior Team – Speed and Endurance
A harder workout from the Age Group club I work with. Longer warm up sets, and the main sets are broken out for the distance team, and the sprinters.
