The Masters group in Uster has three practices a week and I’m in charge of Monday and Friday evenings. This was our second session together and I kept it mostly relaxed and aerobic focused.
Thursday morning broke my streak of the shorter daily swims following the practice of the Elite squad in Uster. However, I was back in the pool for another quick aerobic session on Friday.
