Finishing this week of training with a low-end aerobic morning workout integrating kicking, pulling, and some breath control.
Aerobic and speed focused Friday for the team in Biel. The morning session was pretty relaxed and low intensity setting up for the evening workout.
Aerobic focused Thursday for the team in Biel mimicking their Tuesday practices, however, including a bit more sprint work and again going for a bigger kicking main set in the evening.
Tuesday evening for the Beluga kids in Biel starting to put the “puzzle pieces” of the last week together and slowly adding a bit more “volume”.
Mid-week aerobic and sprint focused morning practice for the team in Biel. Mixing drill and breath control work with short sprints through the first part.
Overall aerobic day of training for the team in Biel with a pretty relaxed morning incorporating sets of 25’s working short-axis strokes and going after the second kicking focused main set of the week in the evening.
Starting this new week with a pretty relaxed aerobic session in the morning alternating some kicking and pulling to prepare for the second workout of the day.
Aerobic focused Saturday morning for the team in Biel including some speed work through the first part with longer rest repeats of fast 25’s as well as some racing skills with short sprints during the middle part of the practice.
Saturday morning workout for the Beluga kids in Biel incorporating our recent short-axis stroke drills while focusing on aerobic free & back during the two first parts.
Aerobic and sprint focused day of training for the team in Biel. Both sessions this Friday included a good amount of short-axis stroke work while the evening also incorporated some racing skills coupled with the sprinting.
