Season at the Y – Week 25

Vevey Natation – Oct 15 – Week #9 Fall 2013
On Tuesday and Thursday during our holiday training, we could only use the pool for 45 minutes in morning and had to split the team in two groups in the afternoon. So those were our recovery and sprint days during the two weeks . . .

Coach Stuart on Ultra-short Distance Training
Ultra-short distance training – consists of 20-40 x less than 25 meter repeats, at race pace (50 meters), with no more than 20 seconds rest – ideally 10-15 secs.

Oct 26, 2013 – Vevey Natation
This was an optional Saturday afternoon workout for the athletes that couldn't attend all of the sessions during the week. Everyone else had the afternoon off and went to local baths for some much needed and well earned R&R . . .
