Another Wednesday evening where we needed to break the team in two groups – one of them training today and the other one on Friday evening – both doing the same recovery focused workout. Relaxed aerobic kicking & pulling and incorporating some stroke and medley work.

Another week of Tuesday doubles starting with an aerobic and stroke focused morning session for our student-athletes of the sports class and finishing with a “racing/lactate” workout for the full team in the evening.

Starting our “championship week” or what some might call “a two week taper” with an aerobic and sprint focused Monday evening workout. With new restrictions in place, we were no longer allowed to do any warm-up activity on deck prior to our sessions and thus implemented a “wide range of movements” during the first part of the workout.
