Mar 5, 2024 – Messer Aquatic Performance

Having more consistency in my training again, I was looking to integrate a little more butterfly work into my sessions. Although in a very distant past, I was leaning towards the fly events, nowadays I simply enjoy the stroke for the variation (and “challenges”) it brings (not having to do it or go past a 25 helps as well). All in all a rather simple aerobic workout.

900 cruise w/fins as 50 free DPS, 50 back, 50 fly kick (alt. on back and side – 25 each)
4×25 scull w/fins R10-15″
12×25 fly DPS w/fins @30″

600 cruise as 75 free DPS, 50 back, 25 fly kick (alt. on back and side)
4×25 scull R10-15″
8×25 fly DPS @35″

300 cruise w/fins as 100 back, 50 free
4×25 w/fins as 1x scull, 1x UW fly kick R10-15″

WORKOUT TOTAL: 2600
