200 cruise as 100 free, 100 back
4×25 as 1x scull, 1x FKOB (arms on side; focus on up kick) R10″
150 cruise as 75 free, 75 back
4×25 as 1x scull, 1x fly kick on side (1x each side) R10″
100 cruise as 50 free, 50 back
4×25 fly DPS (10-15 UW kick + max 6 strokes) R10″
50 cruise as 25 free, 25 back
4×25 free no breath DPS (count strokes and hold or decrease strokes by 25) R20″
100 back easy
4×25 free fist drill DPS (count strokes and hold or decrease strokes by 25) R10″
100 back loosen
