This workout will kick off our week. It was written for, among others, T2 Aquatics Paralympic National Team Member Michelle Konkoly. Michelle was a Silver Medalist at the IPC Para Swimming World Championships last Summer.

This is one that I have challenged a lot of of triathletes to do. And not to slight them, many are not used to swimming on an interval or at pace. For some it was a challenge.

Oct 14, 2015 – T2 Aquatics – Age Groupers Fly KDS
This practice comes after the Tuesday, October 13 Free IM practice. I’ve found that this type of set works will with this 12/13 year old age group.
Oct 13, 2015 – T2 Aquatics – Age Grouper’s IM Practice
Tuesday evening Age Group (athletes 12/13 years of age) practice. The Main Set is a Free IM set, with some Free 100s to finish.
G.A.S. – Broken 100’s
For the sprinters (actually everyone) in your group. Let’s do some broken 100’s at max with a 1:2 work to rest ratio. The goal is to hit PB or better with cumulative time.
