Tuesday morning workout for the sports-class continuing to build on our “re-start workout scheme” mainly mixing aerobic swimming and kicking.
Second Saturday morning workout after the “re-start” again focusing on freestyle skills and resistance work. Most practices for this group of athletes will start with the same or an evolving version of the “calibration” part.
Single session this Thursday with more relaxed aerobic work continuing to build the mix of swimming and kicking through the second part while we also included some stroke work in the beginning of this morning.
Second week back training in the pool with another relaxed Tuesday morning workout for our student-athletes of the sports class. Building on the “workout scheme” from last week to provide the athletes with a tiny bit of “continuity” in their training during this time and thus again going with the mix of aerobic swimming and kicking.
Saturday morning workout including freestyle skills and resistance work. The session started with a “calibration” part building on the “quality warm-up” idea we were starting to implement with our Junior group.
Thursday morning is only the second and already the “last” session for our student-athletes of the sports class this week. Another relaxed workout as we were just getting started again after many weeks out of the pool.
Relaxed Tuesday morning workout for our student-athletes of the sports class following a long break due to a second shutdown in Switzerland. Mixing aerobic swimming and kicking aiming to get them back into “the groove” as quickly as possible.
Another Thursday starting with an aerobic stroke focused morning workout for our student-athletes and integrating (race) skills work during the evening session with the full group.
Kicking focused Wednesday evening workout for the Senior group in Solothurn.
Tuesday with two aerobic and sprint focused workouts. Both practices today included longer relaxed freestyle swims and plenty of opportunities for the athletes to work on their main strokes during the sprint sets.
