Single session this Thursday with more relaxed aerobic work continuing to build the mix of swimming and kicking through the second part while we also included some stroke work in the beginning of this morning.

Workout AM

Part 1:
3×100 as 2x free cruise, 1x reverse IM @1’40
100 choice (stroke) drill

3×100 as 1x free cruise, 2x IM (1x reverse, 1x regular order) @1’40
2×50 choice (stroke) as 25 drill, 25 swim R15″

3×100 IM (regular, reverse, relay order) @1’50
4×25 choice (stroke) strong DPS @45″

Part 2:
8×50 free cruise @55″
8×50 choice kick w/fins @55″

200 as 50 scull (25 feet, 25 head first), 50 back

8×50 free cruise @50″
8×50 choice kick w/fins @50″ [ LP: breast kick @1’05 ]

100 as 25 board scull, 25 kayak

4×50 free cruise @45″
4×50 free w/fins as 25 kick, 25 swim @45″

4×25 UW fly kick w/fins as 1x glide, 1x FAST @1′
150 choice social kick w/fins
