First “regular” Tuesday afternoon at Högevall in quite some time – back to training short course and with restricted space during the 30 minutes in the beginning. We split the team in two groups working separate ends focusing on starts & turns before getting into the swimming part.

The training trip definitely kicked into gears this Sunday. We started the day with an aerobic and sprint focused workout to prepare for a lactate tolerance set in the afternoon.
