First evening of our 2 day racing practices. The athletes were given time for their meet warm-up routine and to change into their race suits. They got to choose “just” one event before we had everybody swim down together.

3×100 as 25 free overkick, 75 free or back smooth @1’45 (+30”)
4×50 as 20 free decreasing speed, 30 free or back easy @1’

400 choice kick w/fins OR free w/pullbuoy & paddles

2×100 as 35 free strong, 65 free or back smooth @1’45
2×50 as 15 UW fly kick, 10 scull, 25 free or back easy @1’15

200 choice kick w/fins OR free w/pullbuoy & paddles
100 easy as 25-35 free no breath, finish back
