Friday evening session for the Senior group starting with relaxed aerobic work and finishing with another short overspeed set for the second day in a row.

300 flutter kick w/fins as 50 “11 position”, 50 on side sail drill (25 each);
300 w/pullbuoy as 50 free pull, 25 scull;
300 IM as 50 drill, 25 swim

200 IM as 25 kick, 25 drill

100 as 25 free no breath, 75 back
