With a busy afternoon and an evening event on the agenda, I managed to sneak in a quick swim in the later morning before lunch. Relaxed aerobic “pyramid” without using any equipment.

Workout AM

3×300 as 75 free DPS, 25 scull R20-30”
3×200 as 50 back, 25 fly kick (alt. on back and side) R10-15”
3×100 as 75 free DPS, 25 fly 1-1-1 (no breath on full strokes) R10”
3×50 as 25 fly DPS, 25 back smooth R10”
3×25 free no breath R30”
75 back loosen
