Jan 31, 2024 – Messer Aquatic Performance

This Wednesday, I had to go to the pool a bit earlier (before lunch) than usual and had also less time at my disposal. Still got a good workout in and was trying to slowly integrate more “regular sets” (following and using intervals) into my routine.

Workout AM

600 w/fins as 150-100-50 back swim, 50-100-150 fly (FKOB, fly kick on side, fly one arm drill by 50)
12×25 w/fins as 1x scull, 1x UW fly kick, 2x fly DPS R10-15”

2x
100 free w/fins cruise @1’40
2×75 free w/fins cruise @1’15
3×50 free w/fins cruise @50”
4×25 free w/fins as 1x build, 3x FAST @45”

100 back w/fins loosen
