Wednesday evening with another short and relaxed swim for the Senior group. Four identical sets with repeat 50’s and 200’s kicking, drilling, and sculling.

200 choice as 50 kick-drill-swim, 25 scull

Set 2:
6×50 free cruise @50″
200 choice as 50 kick-drill-swim, 25 scull

Set 3:
6×50 free tempo w/fins @40”
200 fly kick w/fins as 50 on side, 50 on back

Set 4:
6×50 back cruise w/fins & paddles @50”
200 choice social kick w/fins
