Life got the better end of me – between a busy schedule and attending the Spanish Open Championship with some of Coach Paul Kutscher’s athletes, I didn’t make it back to the pool myself until this Saturday afternoon. Tried to pick up where I left with relaxed aerobic freestyle and technique focused butterfly work.

50 fly 1-1-1 drill (no breath on full strokes)
4×25 fly DPS (max 6 strokes) R10″

3×100 cruise as 50 free, 25 back, 25 scull R15″
50 fly 1-1-1 drill (no breath on full strokes)
2×25 fly DPS (max 6 strokes) R10″

3×50 free cruise R10″
3×50 back cruise R10″

3×25 FKOB (arms on side) R10″
3×25 free no breath R20″

3×50 free decrease # of strokes 1.-3. R15″
50 back loosen
