This is a typical Post-Graduate resistance practice for us.The blue FINIS chute is pretty substantial while the red chute is relatively light.

Dealing with a small cold, I had to make it through this workout coaching without a voice – it was an interesting experience to say the least with our young athletes.
Jan 11, 2016 – Plantation Swim Team
One hour Monday morning workout consisting of warm-up, a quality broken 1000, some kicking and drilling focusing on taking eight good underwater kicks off each wall. Finishing up with a short sprint kick set and some recovery.
