Two aerobic workouts with a lot of breath control elements spread throughout the sessions. The morning practice also had a large focus on freestyle drills whereas the afternoon practice incorporated more other strokes as well . . .

G.A.S. – Breath Control #2
A bit of a "hypoxic" set to work on some aerobic breath control. Its should be used as a guideline and dependent on the fitness level and abilities of your swimmers. Concentrate on long, loose, relaxing breathes and strokes . . .

G.A.S. – Rabbit & Greyhound
The objective is to catch the person in front of you. It's optional to use fins or not. Pair up kickers of similar abilities. Start at opposite ends (works either SCY, SCM or LCM). You want this set to last about 10-15 minutes . . .
