Kick focused aerobic Saturday morning session with two separate parts during the main set. All of the kicking in both parts include some fast efforts. The first part has a breath control component while the second part uses fins for the kicking . . .

Two aerobic workouts with a focus on the short axis strokes. Both sessions also had a fair amount of breath control and under water work. The morning workout was sort of a mixed bag thing without a lot of equipment this time . . .

A kick set, if done properly, is very hard and challenging. It certainly gives your legs a good workout. Swimmers can either grab onto the wall or lane marker for this set - always remember safety . . .
