The pool was quite crowded this Thursday morning and therefore decided to jump into the long course lanes, hold onto my fins, and alternate longer relaxed swimming with shorter sets of 50’s.
I had more time on hand for my swim this Tuesday morning and with the steady increase of fly work last week decided to double down and focus on butterfly today.
Sunday morning at the pool to get a third swim and end this week. Keeping with the theme of longer relaxed swims mixed with short butterfly sets of 25’s and today including some kicking.
Mixing some longer swims with shorter sets of 25’s this Thursday afternoon and again including a bit of a longer butterfly set.
Having more consistency in my training again, I was looking to integrate a little more butterfly work into my sessions. All in all a rather simple aerobic workout.
Getting another session in this week with a “late” Sunday afternoon swim right before the pool closing. More longer relaxed swimming to get back into the swing of things, however, including more variation being back in short course today.
Back in the pool following a week-long hiatus. It was quite the busy Saturday and also “only” long course available for lap swimmers. Therefore I decided on a mix of longer swims and short set of 50’s.
Friday pre-lunch swim going back to the short course pool and a bit more varied aerobic work including some butterfly.
The pool was crowded this Thursday and thus I decided to go to the long course lanes and keep with the theme from Monday’s swim mostly including longer relaxed low-end aerobic efforts.
New week starting this Monday with a mix of some longer relaxed low-end aerobic swims and short sets of 25’s working on underwaters and butterfly.
