This is day nine of the Lancy Natation Elite group Christmas training trip in Tenerife and they’re back to two workouts a day.
This workout is somewhat different for our team at this time of season. I felt it would be a nice change of pace compared to what we have been doing — which has been geared toward maintenance of aerobic capabilities, and an increase in “speed production” capabilities.

This is day seven of workouts from the Lancy Natation Elite group Christmas training trip in Tenerife. You’ll notice another increase with these two sessions – this time it’s the “quality of fast” swimming coupled with lots of “active recovery”.
