Friday evening session for the Senior group starting with relaxed aerobic work and finishing with another short overspeed set for the second day in a row.
Thursday evening with a relaxed aerobic part and a short overspeed set for the Senior group.
Wednesday evening with another short and relaxed swim for the Senior group. Four identical sets with repeat 50’s and 200’s kicking, drilling, and sculling.
Short and relaxed Monday evening swim for the Senior group to start this new week of optional summer workouts.
Sprint focused Friday evening workout for the Senior group in Solothurn. Three short sets following the same pattern for a session that lasted about an hour.
This Thursday evening started with some good dryland action and only a short recovery focused session in the pool.
Relaxed aerobic Wednesday evening workout including some short sprints for the Senior athletes.
