Aug 24, 2020 – Swim Regio Solothurn

The new week in Solothurn started with a post-meet recovery session this Monday evening for the Senior group. Overall, we have a (short) speed focused training week planned.

We started with a team meeting this evening going over the performances at the meet in Basel.

Part 1:
6×50 as 1x free cruise @55″, 1x back kick @1’05
600 w/fins as 50 free breathe 5, 100 back
6×50 as 1x free cruise @50″, 1x back kick @1′
300 w/fins as 50 free breathe 5, 50 back

Part 2 – Sprint:
6×50 choice kick @1’05
200 choice drill
4×50 choice kick @1′
100 choice drill

2×50 as 25 choice no breath, 25 scull R30″
100 as 50 free slow motion, 50 double arm back

Part 2 – MD / Distance:
3×200 free w/pullbuoy & paddles R15″
200 IM as 25 kick, 25 drill R15″
2×200 free w/pullbuoy & paddles R15″
200 IM as 25 drill, 25 swim
