Feb 13, 2020 – Bergensvømmerne

We took the morning off to give our athletes some extra sleep and for some additional recovery. In the afternoon we focused on racing skills with two “timed blocks” working on starts and turns.

The PDF download also contains the evening session details for the BSB group. They also focused on racing skills but with a different approach.

Part 1:
800 w/fins as 200 free DPS, 100 fly kick on side
[ 5x (25″ vertical fly kick, 15″ rest) ]
