Aerobic recovery focused Tuesday morning workout following the fast start into the new week the previous day. In the afternoon we welcomed Chris DeSantis to AdO Arena for a first interaction with our athletes during a starts clinic.

Part 4:

3-5×15 choice kick sprint (out & back) R30″ + 85 choice easy after last 15
