Short recovery focused Monday evening practice for the crew in Solothurn. As last week, each training group started with a stretch before jumping in the pool.

Part 1:
50 free breathe 5 R30″
25 free no breath R15″
25 double arm back

300 as 75 back, 25 scull, 50 fly one arm drill, 25 SA-combo, 25 scull
3×100 as 75 free, 25 fly or breast @1’45
6×50 as 5x free cruise (3x @50″, 2x @45″), 1x back kick

Part 2:
50 free breathe 5 R30″
25 free no breath R15″
25 double arm back

2×200 R20″ as
1x (50 back w/fly kick, 25 breast w/fly kick)
1x (50 free w/fly kick, 25 fly one arm drill)

2×100 as 25 fly or breast, 75 free @1’45
4×50 as 3x free cruise @50″, 1x back easy
