Shorter workout this evening including lots of kicking focused sets as we aimed for some active recovery ahead of the upcoming meet. We also spent a little less time in the pool this evening to go through “rules & regulations” with the athletes competing over the weekend.

350 as 150 free (100 DPS, 50 w/fly kick), 50 scull, 150 back (50 w/fly kick, 100 DPS)
9×50 kick as 3x flutter on side @1’10, 3x FKOB @1’05, 3x flutter @1′
8×75 kick w/fins as 25 UW fly kick (2 each side), 50 back @1’30
Part 2:
250 as 100 back (50 one arm drill, 50 double arm), 50 scull, 100 choice drill
7×50 as 3x back @1’05, 1x fly on side @1’10, 3x choice @1′
4×75 kick w/fins as 25 flutter or fly surf drill, 50 back @1’20
