This is an optional and shorter Thursday evening workout providing an additional recovery opportunity with relaxed aerobic work for the athletes in attendance. We were exceptionally sharing lane space with our club’s synchronized swimming team and thus only had one lane and one hour available for our own session.

Part 1:
5×200 S.K.I.P.S. R20″
[ free DPS w/open turns (glide past flags), choice kick, IM (or stroke) drill, free w/pullbuoy (paddles optional), (50 scull, 25 double arm back w/fly kick) ]

10×50 choice kick w/fins @55″
3×100 IM (regular, reverse, relay order) @1’45

Part 2:
3×200 S.K.P. R20″
[ free DPS w/UW turns, choice kick, free w/pullbuoy (paddles optional) ]

6×50 free breathe 5 @55″
100 as 25 no breath (UW fly kick, pullouts, or swim), 75 back
