Warming up with some backstroke and breaststroke focused drills, as we generally don’t have too much time to spend on that with the adult squad. The main set is an aerobic IM set.

As mentioned previously, we have a two day meet coming up this weekend and as such intensity in our sessions have dropped but distance has increased.

This is a variety recovery session. We have a two day swim meet coming up this weekend and as such we are keeping training light and fluffy for the remainder of the week with some short ANE Power sets interspersed.

This is a basic general non-specific (GNS) volume Monday morning session with longer aerobic pulling and some speed off the blocks to finish.
