A kick set, if done properly, is very hard and challenging. It certainly gives your legs a good workout. Swimmers can either grab onto the wall or lane marker for this set - always remember safety . . .

An aerobic main set just to maintain solid and consistent stroke count; keep constant pace throughout. Rated Perceived Exertion (RPE) should be in the 85% range; HR should reflect RPE . . .
