Two workouts from the Lancy Natation Elite squad. Starting the morning off with some quality pulling and fly kicking.
This evening workout focused on holding pace and work on speed under fatigue.
Thursday evening with a “typical” speed session including short sprints and lots of recovery from the Lancy Natation Elite group.
For some athletes on our squad getting out of bed and making it to morning practice isn’t an easy task. The next important step, we at Vevey need to work on, is getting our athletes ready to perform in the morning. It’s part of what they will have to do at the big end of season meets.

This workout was a long course practice designed to increase aerobic capacity in our T2 athletes. Nice way to start the week!
