Part 1:
300 free DPS w/open turns (glide past flags)
6×50 choice kick w/fins @1′
6×50 as 1x back, 1x free breathe 5 @55″

200 as 50 free DPS w/open turns (glide past flags), 25 scull
4×50 choice kick w/fins @1′
4×50 as 1x back, 1x free breathe 5 @55″

Part 2:
100 as 25 scull, 25 double arm back
4×25 free no breath @45″
4×25 free relaxation drills R10″ (3-5 bobs)
