Monday of week two in Magglingen at BASPO for the athletes of Team Armee starting with an early active recovery (aka wake up) swim. We only had a short time in the water this morning before their day got underway. And without lane space in the evening, we went to the gym for our second session of the day.
Our mid-distance athlete decided on 1.5k of individual loosen swimming this morning to start his week.
