Alan was a member of the British Swimming team from 1997 until his retirement in 2008. Since his retirement from elite competitive swimming, Alan has quickly grown a reputation as one of the top young coaches in the UK.
Alex Lewis enters his first season at the helm of the Green Bay Swimming and Diving programs after being named the Head Coach on November 8, 2021. Lewis comes to Green Bay after spending the past seven years in different capacities at the Mercy HealthPlex in Cincinnati, Ohio.
In his home country Alex coached for numerous swimming clubs. His coaching career now spans over 20 years from Learn to Swim to competitive club programs.
Coach Alexis comes to Bolles most recently from New Trier Aquatics, a storied high school and club program in the Chicago area.
Coach Ash Morris has been the Head Coach of Hamilton Aquatics Dubai since August 2009. Since then, the academy has grown from just 80 swimmers in the club section, to 600 swimmers across all squads.
After 45 years of successful coaching, Bob Steele is in his fifth year of serving as Master Coach Consultant for USA Swimming. He has coached age group, high school, and university swimmer, entry level through world-class competitors.

Brad Robbins is the Head Coach of Prosper Aquatic Club and has developed age group record breakers, multiple Senior Sectional qualifiers, Futures qualifiers, and Junior National qualifiers, as well as a Junior National runner up and Olympic Trials qualifier.
At age 18 Coach Craig left his home in Ireland for an internship at Arizona, a desert fox mentored by Bob Gillett as an Age Group Coach. He then moved to Canada to take over a fractured team combined of two different teams joining forces to turn out performances again under new leadership.
