First session at the AquaLife complex in Bulgaria. Kicking things off with a just short 1h post-travel recovery workout in the afternoon, getting everybody moving and ready for the start of the new week.
Although, we were extremely fortunate to get a lot of long course training done going into the end of season meet before the summer break and the week before this camp, it does feel great to get some outdoors training under our belt.

500 as 25 scull (head first), 100 free DPS, 25 scull (on back, feet first), 100 back
