Another short and recovery focused Friday session. A mix of a little bit of everything including a short kick-swim set in the first part and breath control through the second part.

Workout

Part 1:
5×200 “modified” S.K.I.P.S. R40“
[ free DPS w/open turns (glide past flags, choice kick (fins optional), choice drill, ]
[ free w/pullbuoy (paddles optional), (50 scull, 25 double arm back) ]

10×50 free w/snorkel (fins optional) as 25 kick, 25 swim R15”

Part 2:
5×100 as 25 free no breath, 25 scull, 50 back R30”

5×50 free cruise breathe 5 @55”
25 loosen as “push & glide” to 12.5, double arm back to wall
