This year March was the first regular start into Championship season most of us experienced after the pandemic years. With that there was a lot of exciting racing coming up at many different qualifying meets for the World Aquatics Championships in Fukuoka later this summer.
Our own Coach Nico was coming back from a stint at altitude in St. Moritz in the beginning of February and went to another camp under the sun in Tenerife with the Swiss Army Team. And following a couple weeks of solid training, it was also time to race at the Lausanne Swim Cup.
Happy New Year! January was a busy month training and although we were able to post workout updates as usual our monthly reports took a back seat.
In 2022 our platform and “network” entered its 10 year in existence and we were excited to continue this journey of learning and sharing. Announcing our partnership with Streamline Teams was the perfect way to kick off the new year!
December is the month where we look back on everything that has happened on the platform and prepare to wrap up the year. For the swimming community, the last month of the year will provide opportunities to spend a few days away from the pool with family and loved ones before indulging into the traditional holiday training.
October was certainly an exciting month for our sport with Katie Ledecky breaking the 1500 freestyle World Record at the FINA World Cup in Toronto. And while we saw some gruelling sets make their rounds on the interwebs, we seem to have picked up less chatter about the usual “Rocktober” practice action this year.

September was back to the pool after the summer break and slowly ramping up training again to prepare for the first short course meets of what we all hope to be a “regular season” post pandemic.
Ridley HS Swim & Diving was raising money to help their team secure funds for their uniforms, travel, equipment and more.
