First workout of the regular season for SSAT’s Performance group! Some had swam in the summer, but most had been out of the pool since March when pools closed due to COVID. Just trying to ease back into the routine.

Warm-up:
200 free breathe 3/5 x 25 regroup
4×50 IMO as 25 kick no board, 25 drill 1:10
8×25 choice 15 green, 10 clear :35
Kick set (2 rounds):
4×50 stroke kick ↓ white-pink 1:15
4×75 free as 25 6k switch, 25 4k switch, 25 2k switch 1:25
Main set (3 rounds):
6 x 50 pink as 1x free, 1x (25 free, 25 stroke) 1:05
200 choice white (not clear) 4:30

On your own!
