Aerobic recovery focused Monday evening practice for the National and Junior National groups. This was an optional session for all the athletes that competed either at Long Course Nationals or the meet in Allschwil. We did include some light tempo changes (kicking) and “speed work” (2×50’s at the end) to keep our women sharp for Team Nationals this upcoming weekend.

One of them showed some good improvement in the butterfly events while the other is still trying to find her long course groove again.
