Stats & Memberships Report: August 2019

August is the start of the season for many swim teams in Europe and elsewhere while most teams in the US finish up their big summer meets. Either way, another busy month for coaches attending meets or workout planning.

This is our second delayed and shorter monthly report with the “Top 5” for the month of August. Statistics showed that we were around the 10k pageviews and although numbers were a little down, August was an overall good month for PSW.

Stats & Memberships Report: August 2019

Registration for the World Aquatic Development Conference in Lund (SWE) for January 2020 is open and as a premium member of PSW, you will find a special discount code for 500 SEK off the regular conference fee (must be logged in while on the event announcement).

During one of this month’s daily workout updates, Coach Nico recommended a book titled “The Performance Cortex: How Neuroscience Is Redefining Athletic Genius” as a help to explain a new component of his “toolbox” called “Point 0” (refer to workout #5 below for more details).
