Dec 19, 2018 – Swiss Army Team

Quick morning session before leaving for the Swim Cup in Lausanne. Relaxed swimming with some breath control and just a few short sprints – the guys would call this a proper taper workout.

This was also the last workout of this first phase and we will be leaving the FOSPO in Magglingen to train at the CST in Tenero or “on the road” as we’ll have a two training camps on the schedule for the second phase of their time with the Army program.

300 as 75 free, 25 back
200 choice as 50 kick, 50 drill
4×25 choice as odd: no breath (UW kick or swim) – even: smooth build @45″
2×25 choice as 15 sprint, 10 easy @1′
50 double arm back easy

5×100 free (or back) w/fins & paddles @1’30

200 choice as 50 kick, 50 swim, 50 drill, 50 swim
