Short recovery focused Saturday morning practice for the Army group during the National Team weekend. All three athletes joined in a team workout in the afternoon lead by one of the National Team Coaches.
The two days before this Saturday, we were already doing some of the testing all of the other athletes completed during the weekend. The group was off on Thursday morning and used the KISTLER system for starts & turns in the afternoon with our sports scientist. Friday was our “test day” with different short tests in the morning and a lactate threshold test (8×200) in the afternoon.
