Feb 20, 2019 – Swiss Army Team

Our focus today was in the weight room and we used the swim workout for some active midday recovery. They got to sleep longer in the morning and we went to lunch outside the training center following the pool session.

Unfortunately, the sprinter of our group got some minor food poisoning and took the day completely off. Both of the other athletes swam the same workout and it was as basic as it gets.

300 as 20 scull, 100 free DPS, 30 breast w/fly kick
3×200 free w/fins & paddles @2’40

200 as 20 scull, 50 free DPS, 30 fly “1-1-1″ (left arm, right arm, UW kick)
4×100 free w/pullbuoy & paddles @1’30

2×300 choice as 50 kick, 50 drill, 50 swim R30″
12×50 as 2x free breathe 5, 1x back @50″

2×200 choice as 50 kick, 50 swim, 50 drill, 50 swim R20”
8×50 as 2x free smooth build breathe 5, 1x double arm back @1′

400 choice w/fins as 50 kick, 50 swim
